Key features

Conventional line mixers show a decline in mixing performance with uniform-pressure flow fluctuations. Meanwhile, these VR mixers can easily achieve the wide area adjustment of the flow to a uniform pressure.
Line mixers can be adjusted to various processes.




Features of VR mixers

VR mixers are suitable for mixing fluid-fluid and also fluid-gas. The mixers can instantly atomize and mix two fluids, which enables mixing and reaction processes that are traditionally deemed difficult to achieve, such as emulsion formation and microbubble generation.


Flow adjustment function (adjustable type)

Flow volume adjustment and fluid-flow mixing over a wide range are optionally available. The flow volume can also be optionally adjusted before shipment with semi-fixed type mixers according to the fluid type.
There are 2 types of displays, memory display and a dial gauge display.

Various materials, ranging from SUS304 to PVC, are used to correspond with various types of fluids.



Cleaning out place (COP)

It is easy to clean the inside of the line mixers when the individual devices are disassembled.

Most piping standards, such as JIS flange and ANSI, ISO tube ferrule, are applicable.

※The flow-volume setting for the semi-fixed model is adjusted with our equipment (cascade pump) based on conditions that include the use of crystal water, a pressure of 1 MPa, a viscosity of 1 cP, and a normal temperature (25 ℃).
※Additional adjustments can be made with different specifications after sample fluids are received.
