Sets the standard in temperature data loggers.
Temperature Data Loggers
Temperature Data Loggers measure temperature at regular intervals to enable monitoring of any changes or trends.
Highly temperature resistant, these DataTrace products provide a logging system for measuring temperature, pressure, and humidity in a light, compact, and wireless alternative to typical wired thermocouples, with easy setup that streamlines work and enhances safety. They’re ideal for sterilization and disinfection processes in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, and other industries for HACCP or validation. Automatic F value calculation, simulations, and other analysis features are provided by the logger software to provide an ideal data management solution.
Highlights
-
- High heat and pressure resistance: -20 to 140 °C, 0–980 kPa
-
Enables measurement of temperature, pressure, and humidity of products and ambient temperature during heat sterilization and disinfection processes involving retorts, autoclaves, fryers, or hot-air sterilization (-20 to 400 °C, depending on sensor type).
-
- Compact and lightweight: 18 mm in diameter, 23.5 mm long, and 16 g
-
Easily attaches to products for accurate measurement of temperature, pressure, and humidity.
-
- No wires
-
Eliminates measurement errors: no sensor detachment, even in moving processes, and saves time and labor when performing measurement.
-
- User-replaceable battery
-
Batteries last about three months.
-
- Wide range sensors available
-
An array of sensors are available for various processes or applications.
-
- Supports measurements up to 400 °C in conjunction with thermal barriers.
-
- A broad range of mounting jigs are also available.
-
Mounting jigs ensure better measurement accuracy by making it easier to hold sensors against products or equipment.
New jig design and production services are also available.
-
- Complete service network in place
-
Service and calibration in Japan are available from Seika partner companies specializing in DataTrace maintenance.
Various demo sensors are also available on loan during calibrations or repairs.
