We have announced a plan to raise salary levels (increase basic pay) in light of the current socioeconomic situation, including rising prices, and to secure talented individuals. Salary increase

For FY03/25, the company will implement a uniform basic pay raise of JPY12,000 for all employees. Including adjustments to the salary table under the new personnel system and the equivalent of regular salary increases, the average raise will be about 7%. We will also raise the starting salaries for new graduates by JPY12,000 for university graduates and JPY12,200 for postgraduates in line with the revised salary table. We view investment in talent as one of its top priorities and thus has implemented initiatives for the new personnel system and basic pay increases.
